Previously, customers did receive a card (so if you have one, it's totally fine to use), but our new VIP Rewards program operates entirely via email, so all rewards are sent to your inbox. We encourage all VIP members to set up an account online. It takes only a few minutes and allows you to track your points balance and rewards in real time.

We regret that you cannot redeem VIP reward Vouchers at physical House Bed & Bath Stores at this time, but we are working hard to make this feature available to you in the near future. You need to accumulate 500 points to redeem them as money to spend via your issued voucher . That means you will be issued with $20.00 to spend in stores or online. Your voucher is a one time use only. You must equal or exceed the total amount of the single voucher in one transaction. No change can be given. All 500 points will be reset to zero. If you have multiple vouchers available, you can use two vouchers on a single transaction or on your next purchase each month. A limit of two vouchers within a single month applies. Happy shopping.
