How do I place a Fast 3 Hour Delivery order?

It’s really simple. Let us walk you through it!

Add products to your shopping cart
Proceed to the checkout and enter your customer information and address.
If Same-Day or Next Day Delivery is available for the product you’ve chosen & is in stock at a local store, you’ll see the option for 3 Hour / Next Day Delivery by Rendr in the Delivery method section of the checkout.
Finalise your payment.
You’ll receive an email receipt after your order has been placed.
Then the store will pack your order.
You’ll receive another email notifying you that your order is ready for collection by our delivery partner Rendr
Once your order has been picked up You’ll receive a email from our delivery partner Rendr notifying you of collection
Your package will be delivered to your chosen address within the chosen delivery window selected at check out
Once delivery has been completed you'll receive an email from Rendr finalising the delivery

FAQs

Do I have to be home to accept my delivery?

We strongly recommend that you are home to accept the delivery, however if you are not home, the Rendr couriers will leave your products in a safe place. If the courier deems there to be no safe place to leave, the friendly customer support team will contact you to discuss what further action needs to be taken.

How do i know when my order is on its way?

Once your order has been picked up You’ll receive SMS & email communication from our delivery partner Rendr notifying you of collection

Can I track my delivery?

You will receive SMS & email notifications along the journey from order confirmation through to driver assignment and when your delivery is completed. These communications also include a link to track your order in real time.

What if my delivery is late or does not arrive?

How do i cancel or reschedule a delivery?

Can i get Fast Same Day Delivery 365 days a year?

Rendr delivers everyday excluding public holidays

It is important to note that additional fees apply for this service. At the checkout, prices will be displayed next to the available options. & re calculated based on your location from your closest store

What happens if I order after the cut-off time of 2pm?

Your order will be delivered the next day

I received an incorrect item/order. What should I do?

If there is a missing item in your delivery, or you have received the incorrect delivery, you should raise a support ticket with our customer service team who will be able to assist.
