Mexican Tortilla Chips
Crispy corn tortilla triangles cooked until golden, and coated with a delicious Mexican style spice blend, featuring the Baccarat The Healthy Fry Compact Air Fryer 5.7L.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp flaked sea salt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Guacamole, to serve
METHOD
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
2. Stack the tortillas into a pile on your work surface and cut them in half, then cut each half into thirds so you have 36 triangle tortillas.
3. Combine the paprika, garlic, cumin, salt and oil in a large bowl and mix well to combine. Add the tortilla triangles and toss well to coat.
4. Arrange half of the tortillas evenly around the base of the air fryer and select the FRIES function. Adjust the cooking time to 6 minutes, and cook, shaking the air fryer drawer at the halfway mark, until golden and crispy. Set the chips aside on a wire rack to cool, then repeat with the remaining batch. Serve with guacamole and enjoy!
