Easy Cheesy Chorizo and Olive Pizza
Enjoy this family-friendly, Easy Cheesy Chorizo and Olive Pizza recipe, featuring The Gourmet Slice by Baccarat.
INGREDIENTS
(Makes 2 pizzas, 3 serves = 1 pizza)
- 2 store bought pizza bases or make your own basic pizza dough
- Basic no cook pizza sauce
- 1 garlic clove crushed and chopped
- 6 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 Chorizo sausage, sliced
- Fetta cheese, crumbled
- Black olives, pitted
- Fresh oregano leaves to garnish
METHOD
- Preheat your Gourmet Slice Pizza Oven.
- Top base with pizza sauce and crushed garlic. Sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with chorizo slices. Add olives and fetta.
- Close the lid and turn your pizza oven up to 5 and cook for around 3-4 minutes until cheese has melted.
- Garnish with oregano leaves and enjoy.
