INGREDIENTS
(Serves 3, 3 serves = 1 pizza)
- Store bought pizza bases or make your own basic pizza dough
- Basic no cook pizza sauce
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Handful of fresh basil leaves to garnish
- 6 pieces of bocconcini in 1cm slices
- 3 tbsp of freshly grated parmesan
- Virgin olive oil to drizzle

METHOD
- Preheat your Gourmet Slice Pizza Oven.
- Roll out your fresh dough using the Joseph Joseph PrecisionPin Adjustable Rolling Pin and place one inside your pizza oven.
- Top base with pizza sauce leaving a 2cm border
- Divide bocconcini between the 3 bases, then scatter with parmesan and cherry tomatoes (cut-side up)
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Close the lid and turn your pizza maker up to 5 and cook for around 3-4 minutes until cheese has melted
- Garnish with basil leaves and add a little more olive oil if desired
- Transfer the pizza to the Soffritto Pizza Paddle.
- Divide your pizza into even slices using the Soffritto Pizza Cutter.
