Cheesy Pumpkin Fries
Golden pumpkin coated in parmesan, air-fried until crispy, featuring the Baccarat The Healthy Fry Compact Air Fryer 5.7L.

INGREDIENTS
- 500g butternut pumpkin, peeled and deseeded
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp flaked sea salt
- 1 cup finely grated parmesan
METHOD
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
2. Slice the pumpkin into even 1cm batons and set aside.
3. Combine the olive oil, tapioca, paprika, garlic and salt in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
4. Add the pumpkin batons to the bowl and toss well to coat.
5. Place the finely grated parmesan into a bowl and then toss the batons, one at a time,through the parmesan to coat thoroughly.
6. Arrange the batons evenly into the base of the air fryer and select the FRIES function. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the fries over at the halfway mark, or until golden and crispy. Serve alongside your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
