Basic No Cook Pizza Sauce
Lay a foundation for all of your favourite pizza recipes with this Basic No Cook Pizza Sauce, from The Gourmet Slice by Baccarat.
INGREDIENTS
- 500ml of tomato passata
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 2 tsp olive oil
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Use on pizza bases of your choice in The Gourmet Slice Pizza Oven or freeze and store for later.
